The Platform provides the following services depending on the Subscription plan selected:

  • Creation and management of Operations and Maintenance manual projects
  • Upload and organisation of project documents including drawings, certificates and technical literature
  • Automated generation of Word document manual sections from templates
  • AI-powered content generation for manual sections
  • Hosted digital manual pages accessible via a unique URL
  • Automated document request emails to sub-contractors
  • AI-powered processing of amendment requests submitted through hosted manuals
  • Contact database management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice. We will endeavour to provide at least 30 days notice of material changes to core functionality.

03Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the Platform you must register for an account. By registering you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are registering on behalf of a legitimate business entity
  • The information you provide at registration is accurate and complete
  • You have authority to bind your Organisation to these Terms
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each Organisation may maintain one Subscription account. The Platform is not licensed for use by multiple organisations under a single account unless an Enterprise plan has been arranged.

Discipline Selection

At the time of registration Lite plan Subscribers select a single discipline — either Electrical or Mechanical. This discipline determines the template set, system library and folder structure available within the account. Discipline selection may be changed only by upgrading to a Pro or Enterprise plan.
